Results Fitness is home to the ONLY two Strongfirst certified coaches in Santa Clarita. Best selling author of "Secrets Of Successful Program Design," coach Craig Rasmussen & Coach Brandi Mulligan have put together the perfect program to make sure you are at your BEST on competition day.

7 Weeks to Prepare

Starting Saturday September 17th, and every Saturday at 11am for seven weeks, you'll meet with the rest of the Tactical Strength Challengers, lead by Expert Coaches Craig Rasmussen & Brandi Mulligan to put in the work and skill training it'll take to successfully complete the challenge. We'll get you ready!

October 29th, 2022 is competition day. With 3 events to compete in, we'll put all that training to the test and see how strong you really can be. Looking for a healthy and challenging goal to focus on? This is it. 

Three unique and challenging events

These three events test a unique trade-off between various abilities and this year for the first time we are offering a modified version of the Tactical Strength Challenge!  You can sign up officially and do the Deadlift, Kettlebell Snatches & Pull Ups/Flexed Arm Hangs or swap out for Swings or Inverted Rows to still compete! Talk to your coach to decide the best strategy for you!

Kettlebell snatch for max reps in 5:00 minutes(Official TSC) OR Single Arm Swings in 5:00 minutes ï»¿- unlimited hand switches and different weights for different competitor categories (your coach will help you pick.)


*Modified version won't be eligible to officially enter with Strong First in this category but will be able to compete alongside the team, earn your T-shirt and test yourself while having fun!


Max Powerlifting Deadlift(Everyone) - Strict one rep  max effort Deadlift with three attempts. Check out Lei getting a PR with 200lbs in our last TSC!


Pull Ups/Flexed Arm Hang for max reps OR TRX Inverted Row - As many strict pull ups as you can do or enter to do the flexed arm hang for as long as you can or our Modified version will offer TRX Inverted Rows.
