Who this is not for:
First Time OCR Competitors. If you've never done an OCR you need to join our Results "Complete" team, get the support and coaching you need and have a successful, fun race as part of Results Fitness! We recommend training with this team more than once to really master the obstacles & be ready for the next level. On that team you'll learn to climb a rope & scale a wall. If you haven't trained with us before start there.
- People who want to race for fun with their friends, make new friends on the course & pose for selfies. WE LOVE YOU & would love to have you as part of our Results "Complete" team, but this competition team is NOT for you!
- People who want to go it alone, do their own thing & don't need help.

This team has been building momentum ever since Coach Alwyn Cosgrove, owner of Results Fitness, started coaching Sawyer Shea with a goal to qualify for Spartan World Championships in the Elite division in 2017.
Alwyn then took on a competitive team for the Epic Series race and won the overall First Place Belt plus a 3rd place podium finish in the Masters division.
Since then Coach AC has been fascinated with figuring out the programming for this brand new sport of OCR using his 30+ years of coaching experience, knowledge in the field & expertise to design some of the most innovative programming of his career.
Because OCR combines endurance, speed, strength, reactivity & agility the programming can become very complex especially at an elite competitive level and every athlete is different with individual strengths & weaknesses that must be addressed, which is what he loves about "figuring it out."
If you are looking to train like a pro athlete with a coach who takes a very scientific approach to his programming while bringing out the best in his athletes and be a part of a team of people pushing eachother to become the best you can be, this team could be for you!
Coach AC is looking to add up to 8 new athletes who consider themselves elite or age group competitors and are ready to work closely with him to dominate the sport of OCR.
FAQ's
Do I need to be a member of Results Fitness?
No you do not but if you are local we highly recommend it to benefit from our elite coaching team, our equipment including OCR specific equipment and supportive team atmosphere.
Do I need to be local to Results Fitness?
No you do not. If you are a serious competitor who is motivated to train on your own we would love to work with you and have you as part of Team Results Fitness!
What is the financial commitment for being a part of the team?
For Results Fitness Members if you make it through the tryouts, it will be the same as any other OCR team except as an ongoing monthly fee as long as you are a competitive team member. Non-members will depend on whether you will be joining Results Fitness or working with us from a distance. Once you make the team we'll go over all of this.
If I'm already a member of Results Fitness getting a customized program how is this different?
Your level of commitment is very different which means your program will be written counting on that focus & commitment with a very specific performance goal in mind. It will be much harder & frankly most people would not enjoy or want to train this way unless they had a specific competitive goal in mind that they were committed to accomplishing. You will need to be able to train 5 days a week along with performing your recovery strategies on your rest days and live the lifestyle of a competitive athlete including getting plenty of sleep, fueling your body properly, keeping alcohol intake to a minimum, hydrating & taking your supplements. Because of the increased intensity of your training & commitment to your goals we will be offering you the added support you need. Are you ready to train like an athlete?
