Both Alwyn & Rachel have become sought after in the fitness industry as experts at what they do with 11 best selling books, named IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year and working closely with Men's Health Magazine, Women's Health Magazine & Nike throughout their career.
Results Fitness isn’t a gym. It’s a community of positive people who build each other up. It exists because of the vision this Alwyn & Rachel as personal trainers to change the way fitness is done while building a community of inspiring, supportive people...their own fitness family!
As a member of Results you’ll come across both of them working out regularly alongside their members, working closely with their team and being involved in the day to day operations connecting with, supporting and being a part of the community of awesome people they’ve built over the years!
From day one their heart and soul has been 100% all in everything they do at Results Fitness always wanting the best for every client & team member.
Over the years Results Fitness has become such a special place changing hundreds of lives! The pandemic proved challenging but they found a way to pivot, pivot and pivot again and now have all new technology offering in person coaching with all safety protocols in place (read more here about what they are doing) or online coaching through their Results Fitness Everywhere program!
