We provide results – from the deconditioned to the elite athlete. We get better results in less time than any other fitness program. We have the best training programs in the area and we’ll prove it to our members every day. We are continuously striving to better ourselves and truly create the world’s most effective fitness training system. We guarantee our members great workouts and great results.
We work very closely as a team here at Results Fitness, so you’ll probably meet and work with each of our team at some point while you’re working out. The program you are given to train with remains exactly the same, and will change every 4-6 weeks - regardless of who the fitness coach you are working out with is.
Your schedule is the most important factor to us in determining who we assign to work with you. Check out each team member's bio below. Any problems or questions with regard to your training program or schedule; please do not hesitate to contact any member of our team.
Rachel Cosgrove - Owner
Rachel earned a Bachelors degree from University of California -Santa Barbara in Physiology, and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist by both the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and the United States Olympic Weightlifting Federation. She is also a USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach and has been certified as a triathlon coach with Dave Scott and Triathletix. Rachel is also member of the American Dietetic Association and is one of only a handful of people in the country to be qualified as a Nutrition and Lifestyle coach from the prestigious CHEK institute. She is also certified as an Apex Nutrition Professional and a certified sports nutritionist with the International Society of Sports Nutrition.
Fitness Competitions
Rachel has competed in fitness competitions, and qualified for the Ms Fitness America National Championships. Since then she caught the endurance bug and did her first triathlon in 2005 and completed Ironman USA in 2007, her first full Ironman. Always setting goals for herself, she believes that pushing her own athletic limits helps her to be a better business owner, coach and leader for her team of employees.
Fitness Magazines
Rachel has been featured in numerous fitness magazines including Muscle and Fitness Hers, Men’s Fitness, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Oxygen and Shape magazine. She also speaks nationally and internationally on health, fitness and motivation.
Columnist for Women’s Health Magazine and has her first book being published, The Female Body Breakthrough, by Rodale in November 2009.
Team Effort
Rachel works with the team of fitness coaches here at Results Fitness to ensure that the clients are getting the absolute best there is in training programs, coaching, customer service and results. Rachel settles for nothing less than excellence when it comes to the quality of service her team gives to the clients of Results Fitness. She doesn’t coach as many clients as she used to, but instead spends the majority of her time coaching her team of employees. Through them she can reach and help far more people then on her own.
As a business owner overseeing her team of employees she leads the team with the mission statement, “We are the best part of our member’s day everyday. “ She and her team strive to become the best part of their member’s day, achieving results and changing lives while having fun doing it!
For nearly two decades Alwyn Cosgrove has been committed to achieving excellence in the field of fitness training and athletic preparation. Specializing in performance enhancement, Alwyn has helped countless individuals and athletes reach their goals through sound scientific training. Alwyn has an honors degree in Sports Science from the University of Liverpool, is certified as a strength & conditioning specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has been recognized as a Master of Sports Sciences with the International Sports Sciences Association.
Academy of Sports Medicine
Alwyn is also recognized by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the American College of Sports Medicine, the British Association of Sports and Exercise Sciences, Kingsports International Australia, the Society for Weight Training Injury Specialists, USA Weightlifting and the Chek Institute of Corrective High Performance Exercise Kinesiology. A former Taekwon-do international champion, Alwyn has utilized his personal experience as an athlete and combined it with the advanced theories of European Sports Science and the principles of modern strength and conditioning systems.
Specialist in Athletic Preparation
Through the years in this field Alwyn has been recognized as a specialist in Athletic Preparation by The United States, the United Kingdom and Australia and has studied extensively each country’s approach to athletic preparation. During his career as a strength and conditioning coach, Alwyn has worked with a wide variety of clientele, including several Olympic and national level athletes, five World Champions and professionals in a multitude of sports including boxing, martial arts, soccer, ice skating, football, fencing, triathlon, rugby, bodybuilding, dance and fitness competition.
Published Books
Alwyn was recently had two books published, The New Rules of Lifting and The New Rules of Lifting for Women. A sought after ‘expert’ for several of the country’s leading publications including Men’s Health magazine, Alwyn works closely with our program design department developing all the training programs carried out in the gym, and oversees the elite staff in their implementation of each workout.
Cameron is from Southern California and has a degree from Biola University. He has been involved in athletics for most of his life competing in baseball, soccer and high school track & field. Cameron has been an avid road and mountain cyclist for 15+ years and most recently has been competing in triathlon events.
Cameron became interested in a career in fitness after overcoming his own struggle with weight and unhealthy lifestyle habits. A high school English teacher at the time, Cameron earned his certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and has since earned his CSCS from the NSCA.
As a former teacher Cameron believes that continuing education is extremely important for himself as well as his clients. He believes that with the right motivation "every" person can reach his or her goals in health and in life. Work hard, have fun, and keep you body guessing!!!

Mike Wunsch - Fitness Department Manager and Program Design Specialist
Mike has devoted his life to his athletes and to his clients. He believes that anyone can improve in any aspect of fitness. As a former college basketball player, he knows that hard work will yield great results. "As long as you try your best."
Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from California State University Northridge, and is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning
Association as a Personal Trainer and a Strength Conditioning Coach, and is a Sports Performance Coach from the United States of America Weightlifting
Association. He has completed a three year sports medicine internship with the National Athletic Training Association, a three semester staff assignment at the Center of Achievement for the Physically Disabled at California State University Northridge, and has over four years of experience in a physical therapy clinic.
With a passion for the human body and education, he strives to empower his athletes and clients with knowledge so that they may continue to improve throughout their lives.
Craig Rasmussen - Fitness Coach
Craig has relocated back to Southern California after spending several years in Indianapolis, Indiana working as a fitness coach at a private training facility, and a strength coach at the high school level. Prior to that, Craig worked as a full-time Physical Education teacher at the middle school level in Santa Monica, California. Craig also received his BA in Physical Education from CSU Chico. He grew up in Ventura attending Buena High School with basketball being his sport of choice.
Craig became passionate about weight training following his freshman year in college when his Junior College basketball coach listed that two of his weaknesses were his strength and size. This proved to be a great motivation for him and he now is a competitive powerlifter and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Kaitlyn Weiss - Fitness Coach
Kaitlyn graduated in December with her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Southern California. She earned her CSCS through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is also a certified spin instructor, kick boxing instructor, and pilates instructor. Her passion for athletics also led her to an internship for USC football’s strength and conditioning program.
Prior to college, Kaitlyn taught gymnastics for five years and danced competitively for six years.
Cody Bartosh - Fitness Coach
Cody is a SoCal native with a creative mind and a passion for fitness. He believes that average people will achieve above average results with hard work, determination and the right help. He is a Certified Sports Performance Coach through the USA Weightlifting Association and is currently working towards his National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer credential while finishing up his internship at Results-Fitness.
He brings to the team a positive attitude and a healthy desire to help people succeed. His motto, “We all have habits, some good some bad, the good thing is we can change them as soon as we decide”.
Donna Bent - Membership Consultant
Our office manager, Donna, has been a client of Results Fitness since our doors opened in 2000. Donna comes to us with 7 years experience in manufacturing as a Production Coordinator, and her organizational skills and her ability to multi-task are an asset to our organization and help keep our facility running like a well oiled machine!
Lisa Rehberger - Member Service Rep
Lisa comes to us with 2 years in customer service. Lisa has received her AA from College of the Canyons in Fine Arts. She has graduated top of her class with a BA in Game Art and Design at Mt. Sierra College . On Wednesday nights she plays on her co-ed softball team. When she finds the time she heads out to Mondos to surf.
Jennifer Kniss - Member Service Rep
Jennifer has been a Results Fitness member since 2005. She was happy to join our front desk team! She has worked for the DMV and the Newhall School District as a substitute teacher. Results Fitness has improved her golf game and helped her get ready for her 1st 5k. She is a busy mom of a high school student and a college student, and she has been married for 24 years!
Kathy Mascaro - Member Service Rep
Kathy has been married for 21 years with two girls ages 20 and 19. She became a member of her first gym at the age of 16. Being a child of the “aerobics” era, she didn’t actively start weight training ‘til many years later. Enjoying the benefits of weight training, she decided to become a trainer and received her certification from ACE in 2006. Kathy enjoys riding quads & buggies. She also enjoys both snow & water skiing, and camping with family & friends. Her love of fitness, along with a 10 year background in retail management, makes Kathy a definite asset to the Results Fitness team.
Linda Rehberger - Member Service Rep
Linda brings with her many years of experience in various fields, a belief in always trying out new things. Moving from the Midwest in 1982, with her husband of over 30 years, she raised three children. (If you workout in the afternoon or evening, you know her daughter, Lisa.) She attended college part time for many years earning a degree from California State University - Northridge.And now after years of neglect, she joined the gym and found a fun job.
Linda loves history and belongs to the local Santa Clarita Valley Historical Society, volunteering to help chip away at the peeling paint on the train station. She is assisting with the research on locating the deeds to the train station and various historical buildings in downtown Newhall and Saugus. She invites you all to stop by on the weekends for a tour.
Amy Noland - Member Service Rep
A long-time member of Results Fitness, she not only enjoys working out at Results, but working here too!Her last position was PE Specialist at Peachland Elementary but she has spent many years volunteering her time to various community organizations and her church.She has been married 17 years and is a proud mother of her now 12 year old twins.
