Punch Gym Metabolic Circuit Classes COMING AUGUST 4th!!!! to Are you ready to step up your cardio workouts? We always tell our members to skip steady state cardio and instead do intervals, but who wants to do intervals on your own on a boring treadmill? Starting August 4th you can join in with one of our classes where you will get the interval training workout of your life. These high intensity 45 minute classes will be groups of 10-15 people (first come, first serve) and will include circuits of fat burning intervals. Classes will be offered: Monday - Friday 5:45am Monday - Thursday 7:30pm Saturdays at 11:30am These classes will be at no extra charge. They will be part of your membership, so join in! You have no excuse to skip your interval workouts again! | ||
