    Will I have to wear a mask to workout?

    As of June 15th masks will be optional in accordance with the World Health Organization and the CDC. 


    Our team will continue to wear masks and we encourage those who prefer to wear them to continue doing so, however, they will no longer be required. Please do whatever makes you feel the most comfortable. 

  • Will I have my own space to workout in?

    Yes. We have marked off socially distant pods to give you your own space where the majority of your workout will take place with minimal shared equipment and hospital-grade air filtration systems running in each room.

    What sort of sanitary measures do you employ?

    All of our equipment is cleaned after every use with sanitizing cleanser.


    We also have a professional cleaning company that cleans and sanitizes the entire gym every night along with Intellipure hospital-grade air filtration systems running throughout filtering each room every hour.

    What if I can't commit to the 12 months because things are still uncertain for me?

    We offer a short-term month-to-month option for this reason however we recommend you make the commitment to the 12 months with us to make your health & fitness a priority. 


    If for any reason you are unable to fulfill the annual commitment the cancellation fee would be the difference you would have paid at the point you are cancelling of the month-to-month option. You can also cancel if you end up moving or bring us a doctor's note stating you are unable to exercise. 


    Making that commitment to us and more importantly to yourself for the next year ensures that this is the year you finally put your health & fitness first.

    Is weight lifting only for men?

    We understand the fear from many women that lifting weights will make them bulky. Rest assured we will make sure your program is designed for specifically what you are looking to accomplish. 


    At Results Fitness, we design programs based on your goals using your full body that will burn calories, boost your metabolism and build muscle if that's your goal. 


    There is no better, or more effective way to achieve a toned, fit physique than with a full-body strength training program designed specifically for you.

    Should I wait to workout until I'm more fit?

    Let us guide you on the path from the beginning to set you up for long-term success. We can make sure you are successful from the start. 


    Do you clean the house before the cleaning company arrives? Of course not! Or maybe you do but if I were you I'd leave it to the professionals! 


    Instead of trying to figure out your workout strategy on your own let us set you up with a custom plan that meets you right where you're at. 

  • Are your coaches certified?

    Absolutely! And beyond that, we take it upon ourselves to further educate them ongoing. You won't find a more highly qualified team of fitness coaches who work closely with the top experts in the field on the cusp of the latest research and science of what works for our clients. 


    We also consider ourselves an educational company and love to help our clients understand and learn about programming, exercise, and physiology.

    Should I do Pilates or Yoga Instead?

    We think Pilates and Yoga are both excellent and we love to use many of the same exercises and stretches to incorporate into our program. One of the problems is that they usually are not customized for what you need so you end up stretching and doing exercises for everything without specifically addressing the areas you need to work on. 


    In addition, in order to change your body, you need to put a demand on it that it is not used to and will need to move beyond body weight eventually. 


    Everybody is different and we want to help you find the right workout program for you. We believe our programs incorporate in the best of what works!
